Description: The project includes the construction of a new packaging machines factory, located on a 20-decare plot within the Bozhurishte Economic Zone. The investment plan comprises three functional zones: main production zone, logistics zone, and office building. The planned administrative building has two floors with a representative area containing offices and a training center. The production part is designed as a single-storey building accommodating various production sectors. An additional single-storey logistics building is attached to it.
